1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Free shipping is available on orders over R500.
4. Delivery Areas
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
- For lost parcels, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
- Dream Traders Investment is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
