Refund policy

At Dream Traders Investment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's how we can help:

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Electronic items with broken seals (for hygiene/safety reasons)

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

• We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item with photos as proof

How to Initiate a Return
